2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

• If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 business days.

3. Service Issues

• If you experience any issues with a delivered workflow or system, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
• Adjustments or minor improvements are included within the agreed scope.

4. Ongoing Subscriptions or Care Plans

• Monthly subscriptions or care plans may be cancelled at any time.
• Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but future charges will be stopped.
