3. Payments & Fees

• All project fees are agreed upon before work begins.
• Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Any additional work beyond scope may require a separate agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of custom workflows and deliverables is transferred to the client.
• We may retain the right to use anonymized examples of work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

5. Results Disclaimer

• We guarantee functioning automation systems as agreed.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue or sales results, as performance depends on factors outside our control (ads, offers, market demand).

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In case of termination, payments for completed work remain non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Scale With AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
